Canvas Field Demo

Here is the demo page for the Canvas Field Drupal module.  The concept:  

Canvas field is an image field widget.  This means it receives all of the same validation and display treatment as a basic image upload, but you have the ability to create and edit images in your browser.  This module leverages the power of the HTML canvas.  With a little bit of javascript sprinkled on top, we're able to capture input and save it to the server as an image.  But like anything cool on the web, you can't use it in Internet Explorer.
